The role involves designing, developing, and integrating components while ensuring performance, safety, and reliability standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop chassis and suspension systems using CAD tools.
• Apply vehicle dynamics principles to optimise handling and stability.
• Conduct materials assessments and select appropriate alloys or composites.
• Implement quality control and assurance procedures throughout design and production.
• Integrate automotive subsystems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform data analysis with Excel and Power BI to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to track timelines and deliverables.
• Use Audatex for vehicle damage and repair cost assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in vehicle dynamics, materials engineering, and quality processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
