AV Manager

About the role

The7stars is seeking an experienced AV Manager to lead its broadcast and video strategy. You will work closely with internal client teams to design, execute and optimise TV, VOD and YouTube campaigns for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between client teams and media owners, delivering clear recommendations and performance reports.
• Oversee the planning, buying and optimisation of TV and online video campaigns, ensuring they meet audit criteria and financial targets.
• Monitor day‑to‑day campaign delivery, providing guidance and best‑practice support to junior team members.
• Negotiate with TV stations and digital platforms to secure value‑added placements and competitive pricing.
• Develop and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in broadcast/TV buying and online video procurement across multiple clients.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to devise creative solutions to brief requirements.
• Excellent numeracy, attention to detail and time‑management capabilities.
• Confident written and verbal communication, able to present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to challenge colleagues and clients constructively.
