Aviation Insurance Broker – Producer (London)

About the role

Harrison Holgate is seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Broker to join its growing London Market team. The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio, develop new business, and potentially transfer a book of aviation business to the brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of aviation insurance across London and international markets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through established client, insurer and market relationships.
• Negotiate terms, coverage and pricing with underwriters, including Lloyd’s syndicates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation clients, insurers and international markets.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the aviation division.

Required profile

• Significant experience in aviation insurance broking, preferably within the Lloyd’s/London market.
• Established network of aviation clients and strong underwriting market relationships.
• Proven track record of producing, placing and retaining aviation business.
• Existing portfolio or book of business that could be transferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team.
