Azure Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Up to 60k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Site Reliability Engineer to join a well‑established cloud and managed services provider. The role is fully remote with occasional onsite visits every 2–3 months, offering the chance to work on complex Azure platforms and influence enterprise cloud strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operation, security and performance of Azure environments.
• Design and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across cloud operations.
• Participate in incident management, root‑cause analysis and platform optimisation.
• Collaborate with development and operational teams to deliver reliable cloud services.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Deep knowledge of Azure networking, compute, storage, security and identity management.
• Ability to automate tasks through scripting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.
