About the role
We are seeking an experienced B1.3 Licensed Helicopter Field Engineer to join a leading rotary‑aviation operator supporting Air Ambulance and VIP helicopter missions across the UK. Based in Northamptonshire, you will work within a professional line‑maintenance team, ensuring aircraft availability and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled line‑maintenance activities on multiple helicopter platforms.
- Support Air Ambulance and VIP operations, including AOG recovery and field‑based maintenance.
- Manage maintenance schedules in collaboration with Planning and CAMO teams.
- Maintain aircraft to the highest technical and safety standards.
- Produce accurate technical documentation in line with UK CAA regulations.
Required profile
- Valid UK CAA B1.3 licence.
- Strong rotary‑wing maintenance experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent technical and organisational skills.
