Band 5 Registered Nurse (RGN) – Agency Shifts in Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our agency pool for temporary shifts in Liverpool. You will work within acute NHS hospital settings, delivering safe, high‑quality patient care on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in acute hospital environments.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions, escalating concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• At least 6 months NHS experience within the past 2 years.
• Availability for day and/or night shifts.
• Current mandatory training and compliance documentation.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to disclose any DBS convictions.
