Bank Cook – Part‑time (Care Home Kitchen)

About the role
Join Agincare as a Bank Cook and help deliver high‑quality meals in a care‑home setting. This part‑time, flexible position lets you develop new culinary skills while supporting residents with diverse dietary needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and create menus in collaboration with the home manager and residents, including themed days and events.
- Prepare meals that meet specific nutritional, texture and allergy requirements.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including stock control, hygiene standards and equipment maintenance.
Required profile
- At least 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Flexibility to cover day and weekend shifts as needed.
- Familiarity with the IDDSI framework or complex dietary requirements is desirable.
