About the role

Hallmark Care Homes is seeking a Bank Nurse to join its team at the Porth care home in Wales. As a registered nurse you will provide high‑quality, relationship‑centred clinical care to residents, supporting their wellbeing and dignity on a flexible, as‑needed basis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to assess, plan and evaluate resident care.
• Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring alignment with Hallmark’s vision and standards.
• Participate in regular audits of care plans to guarantee they meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary staff.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with current registration.
• Experience delivering relationship‑centred care in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of dementia care and a passion for improving resident outcomes.
• Professional, ethical approach guided by Hallmark’s Charter.
