Bank Pharmacist (Band 6/7) – Outpatient – Chase Farm

About the role

The Bank Pharmacist (Band 6/7) will deliver exceptional professional pharmacy services within the outpatient setting at Chase Farm. Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist, you will support the Senior Pharmacist, lead the pharmacy team, and help develop the service to ensure a high‑quality patient and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services and act as the Responsible Pharmacist for the outpatient department.
• Develop and implement policies and service improvements.
• Manage financial, physical, and information resources effectively.
• Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff.
• Oversee research, development, and educational activities.
• Maintain professional standards and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with experience in outpatient pharmacy services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage resources.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centred care in line with NHS values.
• Understanding of policy development, service quality, and research processes.
