Bank Support Worker – Inpatient Mental Health Rehab

About the role

Join Cygnet Fountains, a high‑dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with severe and enduring mental illness. As a Bank Support Worker you will provide flexible, bank‑hour support to help service users recover and regain independence.

Key responsibilities

• Offer enhanced, person‑centred care using a flexible learning approach.
• Provide physical and emotional guidance and encouragement.
• Identify individual needs and deliver appropriate support.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements and report as needed.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a safe, clean environment.
