Bar and Waiting Staff – Seasonal Summer Team

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Staff to join our Seasonal Summer Team at The Swan in Bibury. The role covers the busy summer period, including Saturdays for weddings and events, and will have a fixed end date discussed at interview.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the bar and brasserie.
• Take orders, process payments and ensure accurate service.
• Support wedding and event service on Saturdays.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
