Bar Staff – Flexible Shifts at Birmingham Airport

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, fun‑loving individuals to join our bar team at Birmingham Airport. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude, reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to the correct specification, either at the bar or via the customer app.
• Deliver food to customers, complete check‑backs and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Provide friendly customer interactions, build rapport and promote current promotions and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, including “clean as you go”, table clearing, surface wiping and toilet checks.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm head.
• Team‑player who enjoys working flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.35.
