Bar Staff – Flexible Shifts at Stansted Airport

About the role

Join a busy pub team at Stansted Airport, serving food and drinks across a wide range of shifts from early mornings to late nights. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the app.
• Prepare and dispense beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Deliver food orders promptly and perform check‑backs to confirm satisfaction.
• Clear plates, clean tables and maintain ‘clean as you go’ standards throughout the shift.
• Perform routine tasks such as glass‑washing, restocking fridges, and floor or beer‑garden clearing.
• Provide friendly, courteous service, greeting guests and building rapport.
• Stay informed about current promotions, events and new menu items.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, fun‑loving attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Fully flexible availability for shifts between 3 am and midnight.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain composure during busy periods.
• Reliable, friendly and eager to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
• Positive, customer‑focused mindset.
