About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hyde Park Hotel in Leeds as a Bar Team Member. Stonegate Group will provide full training, so no prior experience is required. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly, comfortable manner.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality food and drinks following clear procedures.
• Offer recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about working in a team‑oriented environment.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of guests.
• Willing to follow step‑by‑step instructions and learn on the job.
• Passion for beer, cocktails, sport and a lively venue atmosphere.
