About the role

Join the Walkabout team in Leicester as a Bar Team Member. You’ll be part of a vibrant venue that blends sport, music and a lively nightlife atmosphere, serving guests with high‑quality food and drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly manner and create a welcoming environment.
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails and beer towers.
• Provide menu recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑stocked bar area throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and team‑oriented with a passion for hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on food and drink preparation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

Required skills

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for food and beverage service.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing orders.
