About the role

Join the Popworld team in Preston as a Bar Team Member. No previous experience is required – we provide full training and support. You will work in a lively, music‑filled environment delivering great food and drink experiences to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve high‑quality food and beverages.
• Offer drink and menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Be at least 18 years old (required for alcohol sales).
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to follow food and drink preparation procedures.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash and POS transactions.
• Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards.
