About the role
As a Team Leader at Hungry Horse, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support and organise the team during busy shifts, maintaining high standards of service.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues in their absence and ensuring safety, legal compliance and cleanliness of the bar.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to safely manage allergen controls.
