About the role

Join the Slug & Lettuce team in Southampton as a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can deliver great food and drink service in a lively, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly greeting and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality food and beverages following established standards.
• Offer menu and drink recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑stocked bar area throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences for guests.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about working in a team‑focused hospitality setting.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of customers.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed service procedures.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.

Required skills
