About the role
As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will be at the heart of the guest experience in our Metro Pubs. You will serve drinks, recommend selections and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door.
Key responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food to customers promptly and accurately.
- Provide recommendations and answer queries about the drink menu.
- Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant bar environment.
- Assist with greeting and seating guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle cash and POS transactions in accordance with company policies.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Team‑player who can thrive in a fast‑paced pub environment.
