Bar & Waiting Staff (Part‑time)

About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will help create memorable moments for guests, whether you are pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or ensuring a smooth service flow. You will join a fun, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills and grow within a well‑known pub brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide drink recommendations and answer queries about the menu.
• Prepare and present beverages to specification.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant bar area.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders and clearing tables.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Knowledge of drink preparation and bar equipment operation.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) experience.
• Understanding of health, safety and licensing regulations for bars.
