Team Leader – Pub & Bar

About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the team, maintain high standards, and step in for management when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure the shift runs like clockwork.
• Maintain high service standards and keep customers happy.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean and any issues are dealt with promptly.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is perfect.
• Role model for great service and a warm welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shift challenges.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
• Good spoken and written English to follow safety and allergen controls.
