About the role

Join the team at the George Inn in Bathampton as a Bar & Waiting Staff member. You will be at the heart of creating memorable moments for guests, whether you’re pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and recommend drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar area, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop new hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.
• Good spoken and written English to follow safety and allergen procedures.
