Bar & Waiting Staff – Serve Drinks and Food

About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable moments for guests, whether you are pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food. You will work in a friendly, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills and grow within the Greene King family.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide recommendations and answer queries about the menu and beverage selection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar area.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
• Willingness to learn and develop new hospitality skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
