About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will help create memorable moments for guests in a lively pub environment. You will be responsible for serving drinks and food, offering recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide each customer with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Recommend drinks and prepare them to specification.
• Serve food and attend to guests throughout their visit.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar area.
• Address any issues quickly and safely.
