Barista – Fixed Term (Weymouth)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Barista on a fixed‑term contract until the end of September in Weymouth. You will work a mix of mornings, days and evenings on a monthly rota, enjoying free onsite parking and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and food items to a high standard.
• Deliver an energising and friendly customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.

• Calm, composed approach with strong communication skills.
• Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.

Required skills

• Ability to operate coffee machines and point‑of‑sale equipment.
