About the role
Join KFC’s Weymouth restaurant as a friendly, front‑line Team Member. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and receive fast, accurate service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a smile and positive energy.
- Answer menu questions, promote promotions, and guide customers in choosing items.
- Assist guests with digital ordering via kiosks or the mobile app, helping them customise orders.
- Monitor the dining area, manage queues, and keep wait times low.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and resolve issues or escalate to a Team Leader/GM when needed.
- Support teammates throughout the shift to maintain smooth operations.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, confident demeanor.
- Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using digital ordering technology.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
