About the role
Join Costa Coffee at the Gateway 44 Retail Park Drive‑Thru in Carlisle, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience. This permanent position offers flexible shifts, including part‑time and full‑time options, with 16 hours per week and free on‑site parking.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other menu items.
- Maintain product knowledge and uphold Costa’s service standards.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and well‑stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
