Barista – Full‑time

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Sheffield as a full‑time Barista. You will be the face of the store, preparing high‑quality coffee quickly while creating a friendly atmosphere for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to speed and consistency standards.
• Engage with customers, remembering regulars by name and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, health and safety standards, and product presentation.
• Learn and promote the full Costa product range, including food and non‑coffee beverages.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for coffee.
• Hard‑working, reliable and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
