Barista – Healthcare Catering (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our healthcare catering team. Working full‑time (35 hours per week) you will craft high‑quality coffee and beverage drinks for patients, visitors and staff while delivering first‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare perfectly blended coffee and other drinks to delight customers.
• Serve high‑quality food and maintain a clean bar area.
• Receive and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain stock of clean mugs, plates and other consumables.
• Check brewing equipment operation and report any maintenance needs.
• Represent the healthcare brand positively and comply with food hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates punctuality and a commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Operation of coffee brewing equipment.
• Cash and card payment processing.
