About the role

Join Space NK as a Beauty Advisor, delivering a customer‑first experience in our London store. You will curate and recommend a wide range of innovative beauty brands, helping shoppers explore and enjoy the products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
• Work as one team to ensure a consistent customer‑first experience.
• Exceed sales targets and company acquisition goals.
• Follow stock handling policies to maintain accuracy and minimise loss.
• Communicate clearly with the store team and external business partners.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and share it with the team.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
