Beauty Specialist – Retail

About the role

As a Beauty Specialist you will work in one of Boots' vibrant Beauty Halls, advising customers on skincare, makeup and haircare across premium and luxury brands. You will create feel‑good moments, build trust and help shoppers leave feeling their best.

Key responsibilities

• Offer unbiased product recommendations across all premium and luxury beauty brands.
• Meet team sales targets – no individual commission, shared success.
• Deliver standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations.
• Promote new products, offers and launches in‑store.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked beauty hall and counters.
• Develop expertise through brand training, online learning and events.
• Participate in social content creation, in‑store events and campaigns.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their best.
• Confidence to approach customers, start conversations and build connections.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Clear communication skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Curiosity and proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and products.
