Bid Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and creative Bid Co-ordinator to join the Work Winning team at Stride Treglown. Working closely with the Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you will support the end‑to‑end bid process for public and private sector projects, helping the practice win nationally significant work.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contract notices and bid portals daily and distribute opportunities to senior leaders.
• Coordinate the go/no‑go decision process for new opportunities.
• Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control.
• Support development of win themes, key messages and differentiators.
• Gather inputs from technical teams, business support functions and sub‑consultants.
• Assist with commercial content to ensure accurate scope, services and project stages.
• Contribute to written responses and presentation materials, including InDesign formatting.
• Maintain the bids platform with case studies, CVs and lessons learned.
• Arrange post‑bid feedback and reviews.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Confident team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desirable knowledge of bid management processes and APMP Foundation level awareness.
• Experience in architecture, construction, consultancy or the built environment is a plus.
