Bid Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join a long‑standing family construction company in Dagenham. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the end‑to‑end bid process, helping to secure projects that drive growth and benefit local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the bid process, including Expressions of Interest, PQQs, SQs and tender submissions.
• Manage bid programmes, schedules and reporting to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Organise and attend meetings, collaborating with operational, estimating and commercial teams to gather information.
• Support the writing and development of tender responses, ensuring clarity, compliance and high scoring.
• Maintain bid libraries, procurement portal data, accreditations and company documentation.
• Upload and submit tender documentation via client portals, handling clarifications and requirements.
• Prepare case studies, corporate CVs, interview presentations and supporting bid materials.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience as a Bid Coordinator, preferably within construction.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external teams.
