Bid Writer – Flexible Location (Swindon/London)

About the role

The Bid Writer will become a key member of the Work Winning Team, responsible for producing high‑quality written responses to pre‑qualifications and tender opportunities. The role demands a strong grasp of client requirements and the ability to present solutions clearly in both written and visual formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write tailored responses for PQQs, tenders, and other bid documentation.
• Create unique content, references, case studies, and CVs that align with client specifications.
• Proofread, edit, and format all submission materials to a consistently high standard.
• Identify and refresh existing pre‑written content where appropriate.
• Ensure all tender documentation complies with UK National Security Vetting (BPSS) requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a demonstrable high level of competence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and format complex documents.
• Experience producing written responses for pre‑qualifications and tenders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider bid teams.
