Bilingual Account Manager – TikTok Shop (EU)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to own client relationships and day‑to‑day delivery for TikTok Shop accounts of top beauty brands. The role is fully remote, operates on UK business hours and supports launches across Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for new TikTok Shop accounts and manage the overall client relationship.
• Translate client objectives into actionable delivery on their TikTok Shop, including listings, ads and daily operations.
• Oversee listings, advertising campaigns and operational tasks across multiple TikTok Shop accounts.
• Support market launches in Germany, France, Italy or Spain, ensuring bundles and communications are accurate in the native language.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee high‑quality service and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Account Manager within an e‑commerce agency.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce processes such as listings, advertising and client management.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms like Amazon or eBay (TikTok Shop can be trained quickly).
• Full fluency (written and spoken) in French, German, Spanish or Italian.
• Ability to overlap with UK working hours while working remotely.
