About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train and improve AI chatbots. In this remote contractor position you will use your expert writing, editing, and content development skills to evaluate AI outputs, measure progress, and enhance model quality.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of AI‑generated content.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and track improvements over time.

Required profile

Fluency in English (bilingual ability implied by the title).
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
