Bilingual Sales Engineer (English/French) – Remote (London)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. This full‑time, remote position supports our mid‑market, enterprise and eCommerce sales teams across the UK, delivering technical expertise in digital certificate and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input, project coordination and customer management throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored technical demos and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Assist in planning and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, gradually taking on greater ownership.
• Contribute to sales proposals, RFPs and RFIs with accurate technical documentation.
• Gather and relay customer feedback, product improvement ideas and feature requests to Product Management.
• Collaborate with other Sales Engineers on channel partner projects, onboarding and technology alliances.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in technology and security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
