BIM Co-ordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a BIM Co‑ordinator to join its London team. The role supports the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager in establishing a robust digital framework and high‑performance Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure technical consistency and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in applying the BIM Execution Plan and Information Management Plan.
• Support review and implementation of proper element and parameter naming conventions.
• Help prepare asset data procedures and model quality‑assurance templates, including IDS and clash report templates.
• Conduct model audits, generate quality reports, and manage clash detection using Navisworks Manage and BIMcollab.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CDE following ISO 19650 workflows.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards such as naming conventions, COBie, and IFC schema.
• Experience creating BIM Execution Plans and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to perform detailed model audits and produce automated quality reports.
• Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail for parameter consistency.
• Proactive communication skills to translate BIM procedures for design teams.
