About the role
We are looking for a BIM Consultant to support best‑practice BIM project delivery and information management for a leading BIM consultancy in Manchester. The role involves advising multiple clients across the supply chain and helping them achieve Level 2 BIM excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide BIM advice and support to a diverse client portfolio.
- Implement and oversee BIM and information‑management processes on live projects.
- Collaborate with design studios and contractors to ensure delivery of Level 2 BIM standards.
- Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted BIM expert.
Required profile
- Passionate about BIM with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Strong client‑facing confidence and credibility.
- Experience managing information on challenging, live construction projects.
- High integrity and a can‑do mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Proficiency with Navis (Navisworks).
