BIM Coordinator – Digital Delivery Support

About the role

Perkins&Will is seeking a BIM Coordinator to strengthen the digital delivery capability of its London Workplace Interiors studio. The role is hands‑on, providing day‑to‑day support to designers working with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and related BIM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate Revit, BIM and digital workflow assistance to project teams, troubleshooting model setup, worksharing, links, views, sheets, schedules, families and file performance.
• Assist with project setup, including templates, coordinates, linked files, worksets, shared parameters and browser organization.
• Conduct model health checks, audits and issue resolution, and guide teams in using Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 for coordination and issue management.
• Support the use of approved Revit add‑ins and plugins, especially Enscape, helping teams create design reviews and client‑facing outputs.
• Maintain and improve Revit templates, content libraries and standard workflows, ensuring consistent naming conventions, parameters and documentation standards.
• Identify recurring model issues or content gaps and feed feedback to the Digital Practice Team.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience with Revit in an architectural or interior‑design environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and cloud‑based coordination processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and communicate solutions to a diverse design team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward improving digital standards.
