BIM Specialist – Model Coordination & Management

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Specialist to lead the production, coordination and management of BIM models across a variety of building services projects. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure models meet industry standards and project requirements while supporting model health, clash reporting and information management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
• Manage model coordination, model health, clash detection and resolution.
• Review and support BIM deliverables, external models, change review drawings and related documentation.
• Assist with resource allocation, internal and external BIM meetings, and training for Model Managers.
• Contribute to information management, bid support, automation opportunities and continuous BIM process improvement.
• Engage with wider team culture, firm‑wide initiatives and internal events.

Required profile

• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination within a building services or consultancy environment.
