Block Manager – Residential Portfolio (North London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Block Manager to take ownership of a residential block portfolio in North London. You will ensure that developments are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to lease‑holders, free‑holders and managing agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential block management portfolio, overseeing maintenance and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with lease‑holders, free‑holders and residents.
• Coordinate repairs, planned works and contractor activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Administer service‑charge budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Organise AGMs and residents’ meetings as required.
• Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance are met.
• Resolve property‑management issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Block Manager (essential).
• Strong understanding of residential block‑management legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
