Blockchain / DLT Developer

About the role

As a Blockchain Developer at MACH, you will play a central role in designing, building, and deploying distributed ledger and smart contract solutions for financial‑services clients. You will work across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and MACH Chain (our proprietary blockchain) to deliver secure, scalable, high‑performance decentralised applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy smart contracts and dApps on Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and MACH Chain.
• Implement blockchain‑based solutions tailored to financial‑services requirements.
• Contribute to protocol‑level improvements and tooling for MACH Chain.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, architects and product managers to integrate blockchain components with platform services and APIs.
• Conduct rigorous smart‑contract auditing, testing and optimisation for security and gas efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum (Solidity) and at least one of Hedera (Solidity/Hedera Token Service) or Algorand (PyTEAL/TEAL).
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, tokenomics and DLT architectures.
• Experience with security tokens on distributed ledgers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
