About the role
Clear is looking for a commercially minded BMS Contracts Manager based in Essex, working hybrid. The role manages customer relationships, contracts and delivery across a portfolio of BMS projects and service agreements, owning the customer relationship from contract award through delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage BMS contracts from mobilisation through delivery
- Maintain relationships with key customers
- Monitor project and service performance against contractual requirements
- Manage variations, additional works and commercial opportunities
- Coordinate engineering resources
- Monitor budgets, costs and margins
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend client meetings and progress reviews, resolve contractual and delivery issues
- Work closely with project and service teams and identify opportunities for account growth
Required profile
- Previous experience within BMS or building controls
- Contracts, project or commercial management experience
- Strong understanding of BMS projects and services
- Excellent customer management skills
- Commercially aware and financially astute
- Strong organisational and communication skills
