BMS Project Manager

About the role

The BMS Project Manager will lead multiple building management system projects from order through to completion. Based in Kent, you will coordinate fast‑track deliveries across retail and medical sectors, travelling to client sites throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets and procurement.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve rapid turnaround.
• Produce consistent job packs and capture variations for commercial recovery.
• Ensure work quality meets company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain health, safety and site compliance, preparing method statements and risk assessments.
• Support pricing and repeatable delivery protocols to improve predictability.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in BMS and project management.
• Relevant qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering (preferred, not essential).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
