BMS Project Manager

About the role

A leading Building Management Systems provider is expanding its London projects team. The BMS Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and critical infrastructure projects, acting as the primary client liaison from handover through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver BMS projects from handover to commissioning and final completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Lead engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks and milestones.
• Ensure health & safety and quality compliance.
• Handle project variations and identify commercial opportunities.
• Produce regular project reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering BMS projects as a Project Manager with budgets over £2,000,000.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium or Siemens.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
