BMS Project Manager

About the role

A leading building automation specialist is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and critical environment projects across London and the South East. The successful candidate takes full ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from award to completion
• Oversee project costs, programmes, resources and subcontractors
• Attend client and site progress meetings
• Manage procurement, technical submissions and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BMS projects
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and project finances
• Full UK driving licence

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
