Bodyshop Fitter / MET Technician – Luxury Vehicle Restoration

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Bodyshop Fitter/MET Technician to join a specialist team that works on prestigious Rolls‑Royce and Bentley vehicles. This field‑based position covers West London while being based in Dunmow, offering a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Strip and refit vehicle components as part of high‑quality restoration and repair projects.
• Diagnose and replace mechanical, electrical and trim parts.
• Assist with bespoke restoration projects and coachwork repairs.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and precision in all work.
• Collaborate closely with the wider bodyshop team to deliver outstanding results.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Fitter, MET Technician or Strip‑and‑Fit Technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to develop specialist restoration skills.
• Pride in producing high‑quality workmanship.
