Branch Director – Insurance

About the role

Everywhen is seeking an experienced Insurance professional to lead its Winnersh branch as Branch Director. You will be the senior leader responsible for the overall performance, profitability and growth of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L, driving revenue through retention, cross‑selling and new client acquisition.
• Set performance standards, coach and motivate the branch team, ensuring they have the right knowledge, skills and resources.
• Implement regional strategy, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead risk management and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to remove barriers to sales, optimise the customer journey and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in insurance broking or a related financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and achieve financial targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and improving retention.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
