Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Branch Manager to lead our Winsford branch, drive sales and exceed customer expectations. You will motivate a high‑performing team, build strong relationships with trade and retail customers and ensure the branch meets its profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the branch team and resources.
• Foster a sales‑oriented culture and achieve sales and customer demand targets.
• Maximise margin, net profit and overall branch profitability.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the branch.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers.
• Interpret and analyse financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
